Divorce him
Be happy forever after, no matter what befalls

For some of us who are heavy and not handsome

You know I have noticed the older I get then less it matters how someone looks and handsome doesn't even come into it. What matters is kindness, similar outlook on life, etc, etc.

Or plant a garden, its the only thing which always exceeds expectations.

My garden has never done that except in the case of a few plants that become weeds.

@Lorajay Have you never put in a little plant, that you did not think would live, and then two years later found a lovely bush full of bright bloom ?

No . I am not lowering my expectations or my standards . I am not lowering nothing .
I don’t have to be constantly “ happy “ either
Having dark days and unhappy days is ok !

I agree with you wholeheartedly. My moments of Joy are enhanced by the contrast.
