They do not reduce the number of abortions performed, they only affect poor women, and their real intent is more about controlling women in general, rather than about reducing the number of abortions performed.

exactly women have been getting abortions since eve
and they usually die or really cause harm
when roe was first passed I remember before when babies live and dead were found in the trash in Chicago winter and summer some were saved but many were not it was horrible
