No, but he does seem all too passive in the face of MAGA anarchy. Acts of war have to be aggressively opposed.
Merrick Garland is another Sinema, a corporate hack for the GOP, willing to disguise himself as not being a fascist. As a hack, he it manifestly incompetent and has no stomach for the hard work of pursuing real corruption. These traitors must be ferreted out, yesterday.
