To change guns laws one would first have to change our Constitution. To change our Constitution it requires a 66% vote in both the House and th Sentate and then 66% of all the State Legislatures must approve the change.

Even you should realize that it would be impossible to get the required 66% of Federal AND State Legislatures to approve any such move.
