Our government should be releasing people from immigrant detention right now, both as a public health measure in the pandemic and for the overall good. But instead, the number of people held in immigrant detention has increased by over 50% since President Biden took office – the majority in prisons run by private corporations that are profiting from human misery.

Dear President Biden: This does NOT look good for your administration. Please, TAKE ACTION NOW.

Everytime I hear that being forced to chose between Biden and Trump is a "Free and fair election" I start to froth and my eyes turn red.

@Buttercup SOMEBODY has thrown a monkey wrench in the works so that we don't trust elections any more. With the result that SOME people think we should have a strong-man authoritarian government. I wonder how many people will fall for that one...
