A religious leader with a yacht. All with tax payer money as the religious tax exemption permits. Initially to aid hospitals, mental institutions, food services etc. the tax exempt status permitted the government to remain out of social service issues. One's social security was a large family. One was on their own until FDR provided government assistance to the nation followed by LBJ. He took advantage of our tax system. The Hugh Hefner of religion. As a science fiction writer, his ambitious imagination coupled with his manipulative prowess, makes for another tax exempt cult. Clearwater Springs Florida will soon change its name, I predict. What a scam.

Actually got into his writing back in the 80s. "Dianetics" seemed to have some basis until it got into "clearing", ect....some of his science fiction was intertaining enough....
