Wow. I just called the cops to annoy them by leaving a message on their answering machine... and a woman answers.

I normally get a recording saying you can press 5 to talk to an officer or 0 to an operator. So it would be impossible call the cops by mistake...

So, getting back to the woman who answered the phone, I tell her "Oops wrong number." and she just says "okay," as though I didn't do anything.

Other times I just leave annoying messages on their machine calling them "Government Controlled Robots," or "Glorified Security Guards."
