Anyone who has ever studied Greek or Roman Mythology knows that there are stories in the Bible (like Noah and the flood) that mimic mythology, which was written much earlier than the Bible. So, whats to say that people have been duped and taught to believe stuff that was taken from mythology. The writers of the Bible were not stupid. The plan to manipulate was really quite genius. Particularly because they knew that the majority of people living during that time were illiterate and would accept whatever they were told by the learned.

Um..for being an agnostic website, people talk about the Bible a lot. Who cares what the Bible says?? It's all nonsense anyway.

The Sumerian texts make more sense..they tell of two Sumerian "gods" helping Noah build a submarine and storing animal DNA inside, not real animals.
