Well 2 things have come to light since yesterday.
The first being that Jenna, the now free from being suckered in by Evangeloon woman, has severed all ties and contacts with the village idiot completely and utterly.
And she is so pleased and proud with herself for doing so, the second being that the noises, etc, I heard emanating from the Evangeloon residence were not thieves/burglars after all and neither were they squatters who had decided to take up residence BUT are actually EX-friends/acquaintances of Evangeloon who have a Court Issued Authorisation to be there and to RETRIEVE ONLY the articles of their property belonging to them that he has "borrowed" over the years but has NEVER bothered to/decided not to return.
I guess IF and WHEN He gets released from the hospital Mental Health Department and returns home the house will be a whole lot less furnished.
'Tis now Monday. WIll the Evangeloon be unleashed this day upon the community?
Unfortunately I have no idea, though am hoping that they "keep" him until at least a " cure" can be found.
@Triphid Ah, the only known cure for that condition is the grave.
@anglophone Then that means polluting the soil as well though perhaps, would not merely cremating him or simply encasing him in concrete be a much environmentally friendly option?
@Triphid Cremation would pollute the air we breath. Perhaps his body could be treated the same way as spent fuel rods?
@anglophone How about encased in the concrete floor of an Atheist Meeting House?
Oh the irony of it.
Whats to bet, he comes knocking on your door wanting to borrow stuff ?
Before or after the end of the Restraining Order against him?
@anglophone Now that would be a good bet, somewhere arround ninety to one in favour of before, I would say.
Perhaps or he may try the same ruse as he did from his place of present residence, the hospital, and will get greeted with a firm and well spoken " F Off because the Police are already on their way."
Good, now maybe nobody will ever lend him anything again.
He is an unrepentant narcissist. That means he is good at deceiving other people and he is not going to change his ways. However, it is possible that Broken Hill is small enough for everybody to now know him for the thieving liar that he is, so your suggestion might become his new reality.
@anglophone I'm sure Triphid & the neighbours in the area wouldn't say what a great person he is, so that would spread around quick enough. And his family dumping him would speak volumes too.
@Lilac-JadeCanada What, us, his neighbours disrespect and disparage him, you have to kidding NOT.
It would DEFINITELY snow diamonds IF anyone in this neighbourhood EVER spoke either a kind or good about him, and I doubt, atm, would his own family either.
@Triphid Well nobody put him in that position but himself.
@Lilac-JadeCanada Who? What? Me? Why should I take any responsibility for my own actions and the consequences thereof?
@anglophone Cuz this grumpy old bat said so! Hahahahaha!!!!!
A Court Issued Authorisation? Wow!
And he is now Sectioned? Double wow! (And it has happened sooner than I had expected.)
Waaaaaaay before September. So do I still get credit?
@Betty Yes, you do.
@anglophone I thank you, kind sir. ( as I curtsy to your generosity)
No the Court Authorisation as far as I know was to permit the Owners and Claimants of the said belongings, etc, to gain Lawful and Legal Entry to the property and to remove said items /belongings, etc.
A task which they have just completed this morning though they may finished much sooner had not some kind person offered them a most welcome Smoko break of either HOT Tea, HOT Coffee and Arnott's Cream Biscuits.
Oh and the Court Appointed Bailiff enjoy her Coffee and Biscuits as well I might add.
Oh, and he has NOT been "sectioned" as yet according to his ex-attempted conquest, but he will be receiving regular visits from Mental Health Professionals IF and WHEN he is discharged from the hospital.
Plus will be on a strict regime of medications which will be either the long acting, slow release varieties injected under the skin or those to be taken the normal way, which, if it were up to me and him being my patient I'd be going with the slow release, long acting sub-dermal varieties because once in they are there to stay until they need to be renewed.
