Yes, and you get to sing praises to the Lord 24 /7. Like that wouldn't get old after 20 minutes. Please kill me.

Nothing has changed. Heaven would be filled with all the mean, violent, greedy, arrogant, cowardly, stupid and sheepish Christians!!

So, when they get to heaven, what exactly do they think they'll be doing for eternity?

Oh my!!!! Haven't you heard???
There is a to do list:

  1. look up David in the heat of the day
  2. put on that long white robe
  3. gotta get that crown, when the trumpet sounds
  4. harp lessons
  5. walk around heaven all day
  6. say howdy howdy to friends and family
  7. sit at the feet of Jaysus, for bedtime stories
  8. pot-luck for the feast at the table
  9. sing in the heavenly chior
10 sing and never get tired...up yonder

Garrison Keillor referred to the Catholic Church in Lake Woebegone as "Our Lady of Perpetual Responsibility," a good name, but when I learned about the Celestial Heaven Mormons aspire to that described responsibility worse then hell!

I prefer my belief, you have the ultimate peace, you go too sleep and don't wake up.

However, I lived in Harney County, Oregon for 5 years, I was beginning to think I had died and gone to hell! As liberal as one side of the state is, the other is your worst conservative nightmare.

Heaven a place reserved for mean, judgemental, holier than thou arseholes. I'll pass. The Old Testament is loaded with a god who orders the murder of men, women, children and animals who just happen to be on the wrong side. Puzzling, how a so-called creator choses to destroy it's creation because it is flawed, even though it's "chosen" are just as flawed.

Yes, I kind of agree with him. I imagine heaven being an eternity of servile worship and full of religious people who will undoubtedly spend an eternity saying "I TOLD you so!" And that would be my idea of Hell.

I'd rather go to Disney World.
