Does that mean that if a female is raped she must prove it and point to the person who impregnated her? That's not going to happen in cases where the rapist is a family member or family friend. There is no path for the poor girl in that case. Whole situation is sad and hurts the girl, while the rapist might never be divulged or found for prosecution. Only the girl pays for being victimized. Very sad.
