1. On the basis of a lie, and with borrowed money, start an unnecessary war in Iraq (Bush)

2. Pour blood and treasure down two rathole, unwinnable wars for 20 years (Bush, Obama, Trump)

3. Blow up the deficit by giving huge tax breaks to corporations and the wealthiest individuals (Trump)

4. Totally mishandle the greatest pandemic in 100 years, stall supply chains (Trump)

5. Encourage Russian imperialist to invade a sovereign European democracy, cut grain and oil supplies (Trump)

@CourtJester Your comment reminds me of a request by a Christian to prove that there are errors in the Bible. “Prove that it’s wrong!” such a person will exclaim. Turns out it’s a pretty easy thing to do if you know what you’re looking for. But the hard part (impossible, actually) is getting the Christian to admit it. Same goes for you. Because in both cases the True Believer has too much invested in his fantasy to ever admit defeat. For people like this—like you—“Prove me wrong” is just a disingenuous slogan because it (falsely) suggests you are willing to admit error; which, in fact, is something you will never do. Just like your hero Trump in other words. Sad, but true.
