I'm reasonable, tolerant, good humored, tenacious, I have grit, helpful to others. Not sure which is my number one....I am happy to have many good traits.

Level 5

I'm very direct and to the point. I don't like mind games, they are so unnecessary. My directness helps me be very productive at work and helps my staff know what i need from them. And let me point out that being direct doesnt mean being harsh or mean. I can be direct and caring at the same time.
