It may be real, but the people in the commercial--as well as the voice-over announcer--sound as if they are doing this tongue-in-cheek. I think I'll order one right now......Nah! I think I'll take a crap instead.

While the TV commercial features a disclaimer emphasizing that President Donald Trump has not endorsed Trumpy Bear, it brings to mind another marketing effort that has emerged during the Trump era.
I wonder how Trump missed out on this money making opportunity. ​
