Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.We used to tax the shit out of the rich, esp. the multimillionaires, but then we stopped doing it. Back then there were very few billionaires, now there are way more. That's why, not so much because of inflation.

Tax them til they are no longer billionaires. NO ONE needs that much money.

But many say they will give away all their money. I will say that some, like Gates, are doing fine things with theirs but I doubt he is giving it away.
@rainmanjr Depends on who they are giving their money to. I want it to fund schools, roads, hospitals, health care, day care, libraries, creating jobs, and for welfare so we can take care of everyone.
No one should have more than $100 million. Period. If they have more, they can either give it away or be eliminated as threats to society (which they always are). The mania to acquire wealth does not overlap with the philosopher king.
