The success of Dominion Voting Systems' 1.6-billion-dollar defamation lawsuit against Fox News depends on proof that Fox acted with malicious intent or reckless disregard for the truth when it repeated Trump's false claims of election fraud.
Messages among Fox presenters shows that they knew Trump's claims of election fraud were bunk, yet they presented them as facts anyway (because they were worried about losing viewers).
1 + 2 = $1,600,000,000
Bwahahahaha!!!
This will not make the slightest bit of difference to MAGA cultists.
Alas, the hard core acolytes are unswayed by any amount of facts, reasoning, or evidence. But this should make an impression on some fence sitters.
I hope when Dominion wins their suit that it is enough to ruin them (Faux). They also need to be held accountable for their part in the coup/insurrection and this is the best way to do it. I hope that Hannity and Carlson are personally ruined by this. Let us pray.
Love it! As a Democrat, it was clear Trump is a racist, sexist, conman and liar from the onset of his 2016 campaign.
I still don't understand why anyone voted for Trump.
Over one million Americans needlessly died from COVID-19 because Trump and Republicans lied about the pandemic, refused free vaccines and refused to wear a mask.
Bye bye, Republicans! You got conned, you idiots!
I hope this sinks fixed news for good.
You and me both
What is so great about this is it will fully expose tRUMP for the LYING POS he really is...FAUX News will be TOTALLY discredited and Powell and Giuliani will be forever remembered as the bumbling idiots they truly are. Dominion may not get everything they are asking for but the dividends for the Democratic Party will be long lasting.
The sooner that Faux News gets eviscerated, and all the top executives are strangled with all the entrails that fall onto the floor, the better.
Yes, and to present the claims as fact shows that they were concerned with keeping their jobs at Fox News. Claims are made to promote people and products if your job is at stake. Your job is your livelihood. Did Fox act with malicious intent? Only as an entertainment network. Fox News acted according to their policies. Many "news" presenters acted in fear for their jobs. Someone had better straighten this up because it is not the Fox news people who will be paying Dominion.

I hope faux news gets f-cked.
