LA’s Atheist Street Pirates go national in efforts to remove illegal religious signs
A recent art exhibition featured signs and banners volunteers had removed from across Southern California.
Some people leave religious books at a local nature center with a Take a Book, Leave a Book in an oversized bird house. I only take the religious books and recycle them. I leave literature.
When you "recycle" the religious books, I hope that means you compost them.
@Flyingsaucesir No. That would be a waste and just plain silly, everybody knows that bibles make the best toilet paper ever.
@Flyingsaucesir I don’t want to contaminate my kitchen scraps and coffee grounds. So it goes into the recycling bin.
And, it seems, this is from the religious news. Perhaps the point is to make us atheists look like terrorists.
But the headline says the signs were "illegal," so the people taking them down look like good Samaritans, keeping L.A. beautiful.
Remember the bumper sticker that read, "Nuke the Gay Whales for Jesus"?
Isn’t that one that says ‘Jesus is king!!’ Except it!! Just hilarious?
Looks like this joker never got past pre-school.
That's the thing: the dumb shits are unapologetically, proudly ant-intellectual. For them, miss-spelling common words is a badge of honor.
@Flyingsaucesir They probably eat mashed potatoes with a knife too.
