@Garban And even the singled-out argument falls flat. The fraud and business records type of cases are the bread and butter of New York prosecutors. And you don't have to go far to find people who have recently been prosecuted for mishandling classified documents. The fake electors scheme is, admittedly, unique. But individual elements of it are run of the mill, e.g. illegally accessing computer records, defamation, pressuring government officials to break their oath of office, etc.

Does that go for Georgia and Florida too? Coz I hear they have indicted him as well... Oh and DC.
