Stanford scientist, after decades of study, concludes: We don’t have free will
Oh hahahahaaaaaaaaaa.
Although Clearly the guy pictured has made and kept the decision to avoid barbers.......
@FvckY0u res ipsa.......free will in action!
Obviously, with one unknown "scientist" declaring we have no free will ... it HAS to be true.
That's nice.
I don't think many people really care what you think.
When you think about it the idea of "free will" is based upon your education and your upbringing. I might think about that big steak I will fix tonight all day, then go home and fix something else. People pass that off as changing your mind but it is more than that. You have the free will to rape a woman if you want to and she has the free will to be raped. Maybe neither of you like those choices so you do something else. A person going to commit suicide feels that they have no other choices but if they had more money they may not think of suicide. Then again, people can often be talked out of doing something. We think this is free will but it is reasoning that changes their minds.
The original idea of biblical free will came from the idea "that god wants you to worship him of your own free will." Therefore you love god and are not forced to worship him. Christian Nationalism over rode all of this in recent times. People want to beat you to death with god belief.
