Cotton underwear is probably edible but you'd be a fool to eat it. Polyester and nylon may be digestible but I doubt it. Technically, you could stick a piston up your ass. Butt / but I imagine that very few, if any, people would be into that... 
Do they still make edible underwear out of licorice? It's been decades and decades...
