I’m a forum moderator in another realm, and someone who writes too much … it’s amazing how many errors pop up when looking at ‘the final form.’ If it’s a big piece, it’s not always an easy fix. I recently linked a photo - didn’t know the photo would lead to pages of them ...most unrelated. But seemed a fast-moving discussion for which I either messed around editing for 10 or 20 minutes to fix it, or leave it ..as I did.

I’ve also noticed some posters complain that someone changed or removed a statement … who knows what was done when it’s marked ‘edited.’

Anyway, seems a fairly common addition to platforms like this, one I’d very much appreciate
