Surgeon General's warning: social media can be hazardous to your health
I don't disagree. The old Sunday school song applies. "Be carefeul little eyes what you see." And there are some that should not be allowed on the internet unsupervised.
I was 50 before I bought my first cell phone. (It was a flip phone.) So I already had deeply ingrained habits that did not include constantly checking my phone, or staring at the screen, oblivious to everything and everyone around me. And yet this device has infiltrated almost every waking moment of my life. That's how insidious it is. I fear for the generations that had this technology in their hands practically since birth.
