It is a problem nowadays that most interesting news is to be broken by alternate sources as traditional news media don't report at all. And traditional media smear them for doing it.

@puff This is a directive, not even a con plan or an op plan. there are no subordinate command plans that I could find, so it is one of those hundreds of skeletons that sit on shelves for decades as this one has since 1982. Even the op plans we have will normally sit in the safe for years with just a few specialist that even know what is in them until it is time to try to implement them. It can take years after a fleshout before the plan comes into being. If these guys had seen even 10 % of the stuff in our safe, they would still be shitting their pants.

The bones may have been devised decades ago, but they slipped in important little amendments whilst a potus who could not question, did not have the mental capacity to fully understand so as to question clearly possible consequences.
