I'll be dead..won't really care.

When people say they don't care what happens to their body, bdoes that imply that they expect others to deal with the remains? I plan to pay for cremation so not to burden others.

On a lighter note, I was married to a Muslim. He told me cremation was against his religion. I said " If you bury me, I will come back to haunt you". That convinced him to agree to my wishes. Haha

I don't believe in taking up more space when I'm dead. There are quite a few interesting options available like mushroom suits, tree pots. Both my parents were cremated and thrown into the same area.

There are other options. Green burial dor example.

Cremation, and then Bios Urn. If you haven't heard of it, Google it.

Why not both? Bury, then cremate in the grave, or cremate first, then bury.

Ideally wrapped in a cotton sheet and buried in order to return to the dirt. However, with current laws in my area, bodies are placed inside a casket, which is then placed inside a sealed concrete vault in order to prevent the spread of disease. Under those circumstances, I'd go with cremation.

This is an alternative not listed in the poll I posted here before. [capsulamundi.it]
