a snail was gliding along the edge of a pool at my eye level. it was backlit by the sun. It had a golden brown transparent shell an i could see its heart beating inside, very beautiful

Everything has it's place...(although l have yet to figure out the purpose of mosquitos!)?
@Free_2B_Me I have a hard time having any mosquito appreciation
So many people hate snails..I don't I always thought they were an elegant and fascinating creature. ??

Some snails can be detrimental to gardens (or so l've heard), but l think they're kinda cool!?
@Free_2B_Me Yes that is true, slugs are worse though.. I don't have much love for slugs...???
@Hitchens Can't recall the last time l saw a slug....too dry here for them l think....
@Free_2B_Me Washington probably ? no but seriously..you are lucky..they are very common over here.
