I don't have a pic to share but on the back of my vehicle I have a COEXIST magnet. You've probably seen it... The word coexist is spelled out with religious symbols. I also have a Tar Heel magnet to show my team affiliation! Not too long ago as my car was parked at a Harris Teeter, someone put a bumper sticker on my windshield. The word coexist was spelled out with several symbols having to do with guns and gun ownership and all that. Pissed me off but there was no one to argue with when I came back to my car.
Used to have many, now just one, a simple truth about how folks include their culture into their beliefs. It says sim0ly and logically, "Jesus wasn't white ". Thought it said more about people than belief.
That drives the southern evangelicals nuts...
@SallyMc , indeed. Thanx.
The message on the back of my car is "Keep Portland Weird". I don't see a lot of messages worthy of display like that but this is definitely one.
Lived in the Pearl District for several years. I miss it
@RedskyRiver I'm in Seattle now but I have Portland FB friends.
Your right. You can learn a lot about a person from whats on back of car. We just traded in our car for a larger vehicle thinking now we have another kid need more space. The car we traded had a US Navy Vet Sticker (husband was in Navy) And a few of my Newfoundland Canada stickers because thats where I am from. I did a bunch of funny political sticker designs for a few people, but we live in Texas so I am not brave enough to use them myself, but a few people that aske me to do them had ("Legal Canadian Alien here to probe Americans'"'was one another canadian living here asked me to design) Now all we have is a DAV sticker (Disabled American Veterans) and a plate with Disabled vet of US armed forces global war on terrorism medal on it. Thats all hubbys stuff. Cant wait to start in on adding mine again. Love ur taste in music and stickers close to my own interests.
Thanks for the service. Also Canada rocks. Many good friends reside northside....
disabled vet liscence is free is that right
I have a sticker on a side window: ‘Read a fucking book’. I’ve only had one comment from the public...dude in a huge redneck truck(I’m technically a redneck; I can say this) pulled up to me at McD’s and rolled his window down, laughing. Said: ‘Fucking books...best kind!’ Drove away laughing.
Well...Fucking reading is awesome!
@RedskyRiver and vice versa, lol. Which was what -he- meant?
Yeah, I mean, why would anyone want to read a book with no fucks in it?
Good double entranté.
sounds sexy to me
I've always thought the same thing! I moved East from Tennessee (!) and remember seeing a car with 2 bumper stickers, each the same size and placed evenly on either side of the license plate. One said "I Love Jesus," and the other said "I Love Waffle House."
He he....waffle house jesus
Ok but lol until a few years ago I had a religious sticker on a used car. I don't remember what it was but praise jeebus or something. I tried to peel it off, could have covered it up but mostly IDGAF if I'm saved from sin or not so it stayed there.
I have a hot chick reading a book on my microcar, it was a fundraiser for libraries. I'm addicted to libraries. Thankfully there's a 12 step meeting, but we meet at a library. I'm a little tech and don't see how to add a picture
Yup, I can tell a lot about them when I see their stickers crooked or not centered.
I had to modify my floyd one because some jackass scratched it off....
Yours are artistically done. I like them.
Like prog rock? Me, too
I can only hit like once...but like 1000000000
I approve of the car. I have one, too.
