It amuses and amazes me how far I've come. When I was a kid my grandmother thought this was the most wicked woman ever. I remember hearing about one of her kids who said what a sad women his mother was. Now she's one of my heroes.

I remember her as being so outspoken and outrageous she created more heat than light. But that was a different time. Maybe she had to be militaristic in order to come out of the closet in those days.

I don't know if it was established who killed her.
I think her son was not involved but a business partner of hers was.
I remember hearing about her in Catholic grade school and feeling afraid

Growing up and growing away from a devoted, overly religious family sometimes go hand in hand, I have been very sad to learn...I am no longer in contact with ANYONE in my family, due to my ridiculously overly 'Christian' Trump loving mother and her influence over everyone...so I know where you are comin' from...
