So I wonder how the vote on letting abortion in Ireland being legal turned out?
Women have to go to the UK for the procedure. And thousands of them make the trip every year.
I'm a firm believer in sex education being taught as early as in Junior High, through High School and college for those who go.
Also birth control needs to be affordable and available as well.
And let's face the ugly truth...if a women wants an abortion, she'll find a way to get one.
Like with drugs or booze...if people want them, they'll find a way to get it.
I live in Texas...not far from HWY 59.
Hwy 59 for DECADES has been THE MAJOR DRUG ARTERY into the USA...
It got to the point decades ago that the press doesn't report any drug busts unless it is unique or different.
NORTH AMERICANS WANT YUMMY CREAMY DRUGS....
And they get them.
So the "believers" who actually and foolishly believe that if you make abortion a crime...it'll stop....
