Just the one, bladder's not what is was (bet that's added to my dating credibility) then another on arrival at work, then further coffees at 30 minute intervals throughout the day 🙂

I probably spend half my day in the bog come to think of it but it's worth it...mmmmmm coffee 🙂

Usually only 1, having it now. And I am good, I don't have one all day at work. Then when I arrive home I have 3 in short succession, another a few hours later then one final one at the end of the night, and I mostly sleep well.
