Hope you're not doing an online course, communicating with a computer terminal is not fun.

For me the most rewarding part of studying at an institution was the people I met. We did assignments collaboratively and formed friendships (also partied a bit after). My closest friends I met at Uni (college). Yeh, I had to repay a debt but I would have blown that money on less than healthy things instead made friends.

Did it lead to a better paying job? In my case no, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had some personal growth from it.

My suggestion, make it a fun thing. Join some clubs that the Uni (college) has, if you have the time.

I'm back in college in my 50's! I'm hoping that degree #3 will pay off in both satisfaction and a decent income.

I've reached a point to where a college degree would be both free but pointless though I am contemplating it.

These student loans are torturous. And I haven’t been in school for 6 years.
