Most people are just lazy

We live near a Walmart and the entrance to our neighborhood. People don’t wanna carry their bags so they leave the cart on the side of house sometimes ? I always put the cart back

I have a disability that makes it hard for me to return to corral, but I do try, depends on the weather.

I'll place the cart back in the corral (unless the weather turns really bad while I'm inside then I'll push it up to the sign, out of the way) because I try to set a better example for others. I was guilty in the past of just leaving the cart, but I got agitated when a parking spot was blocked by 3-4 carts (in the handicap spaces). So I began to put the cart in it's proper place, it makes me feel better anyway.

Its very difficult for me to follow rules but this one has consequences...or maybe not

In some European countries, the cart is released with a coin and you get your coin back when the cart is returned. It's a simple idea and it works !!!

I make it a game. I launch it from 20 yards . It usually goes in.
