Privitization has been bantered around for years. The problem is that the USPS is constitutionally mandated & must provide delivery almost every address in the US. None of the other delivery services have this burden or protection. Often the other delivery services "do not go there" & they send it thru the USPS. It ain't broken tho they would like us believe it is.

Oh, but wait...drumpy, amongst other projects, wants it to go private, so his cronies can bleed it, and us, dry..............
