LINK 25 jail officers in Baltimore charged with using excessive force at state facilities
Yes, that's 25, not 2, not 5, 25 officers:
All were members of a tactical unit with a paramilitary command structure operating inside four detention facilities in Baltimore.
All have been indicted on charges ranging from assault & gross abuses of power/office to participation in a criminal gang. These 25 are facing over 235 charges combined. 21 were arrested today. 4 are being sought.
