About 2800 confirmed cases, 80 deaths, and 57 million people in full or partial lockdown. The city of Wuhan is completely cut off, other than deliveries of supplies, and public health corps.

Im guessing the biggest emergency would be how Americans would react if the govt took the same aggressive public health stance that China is taking.
