Eh he made it clear towards the end of his statement when he mentioned the absence of royalties but I’m sure that his great grandmother never signed a contract nor was she ever told that she should.

She allowed the Quaker oat company to use her image as an employee and from that it became intellectual property and they now have the right to change it and that’s that.

That was the problem, she had never signed a contract, which she should have.
