What, how was he defending himself exactly? His mother drove him there with a gun, to do what? If he was worried about getting beaten or killed he should have stayed at home. Nobody in their right mind takes a gun somewhere unless the are expecting to use it and he had no business to be there.

So in being on the streets of a town/city, where btw he does not actually live and has been driven there by his mother, who would have known full well that he had ammunition AND a fully loaded military style weapon, he allegedly kills 2 people and injures a 3rd, he was merely defending himself, is that correct?
If so, then did his 3 alleged victims,
A) also have loaded firearms in their possession,
B) DID they actually use them to attack Rittenhouse by firing at him first,
C) Was it a scenario similar to the fabled O.K. Corral and the 3 alleged victims were ALL standing together shoulder to shoulder,
D) Why did both he and his mother feel the need to travel to Kenosha in the first place,
E) WHY did he feel the need to travel to Kenosha WITH a military style weapon in the first place,
F) Why did NOT his mother simply refuse to drive him and his weapon to Kenosha?
IF i were a lawyer, which thankfully I'm not, I'd be saying that his acts were 100% premediated and intent upon committing murder in the First Degree.

It was never like it is in the US that anybody carried a gun anywhere.
