The most expensive food seller I have ever been in by an unbelievable amount...stuff I could easily get at any local chain, same wrapping, same-same, 20-30% more, or worse....who with a brain would shop there?

I detest such ideological demagogues who have a way of wrapping everything they disagree with (often simply out of greed within the blanket of a negative hot-button term.

Uh huh.

Consider the source; the Washington Times is a conservative rag that puts out anti-immigration pieces and climate denial articles. This is exactly as persuasive as a Mother Jones article criticizing capitalism. Neither system works as the theorists claim. Adam Smith said an "invisible hand" would see to it that the markets were self-regulating and labor would be rewarded as it was worth. We've also seen how that works out.

Mother Jones is much more reliable than the Washington Examiner.

@LovinLarge On a factual reporting basis, I absolutely agree. When it comes to the opinion articles, I find them mirror images. The editorial slant does find its way into "profile" stories like the above, for instance, if they interview a leading light of the progressive movement on what's wrong with America these days, they are essentially a mouthpiece for that person.

@Paul4747 Yes, I was only comparing them based on reliability.

Every socialist I know shops there. It'll be easy for me to cancel him, I know some who use SNAP card there. I don't get food stamps and I can't afford to pay for overpriced food. I already boycott Whole Foods, now I have an excuse.
