This would be forseen as one of the biggest reasons of abuse denials over the years. Money is money.

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has closed five high schools and numerous parishes over this.issue.

@Canndue Not really. It just forces children to either travel further and they raised bottom on their parents. You wouldn't want to send your children to public school in Philadelphia, so most Catholic parents won't choose that option.

WTF, the Catholic needs Insurance Companies, I thought their Great Sky Daddy took care of all things Catholic?
And F**k them for using Insurances to cover the costs of their Child Abuses, etc, Compensation Pay-outs, the Catholic is by FAR the Wealthiest Organisation in the ENTIRE world it could pay out BILLIONS in Compensations and STILL stay at #1 on the Richest lists.

It is bizarre isn it. The problem is the penalties haven’t been enough to stop the behavior. Need to up the ante.
