What wasn't there a plan to act in force if needed when it was announced that the "Proud Boys" would be gathering in Washington? With that violent rabble, it was inevitable that there would be violence. We all know that the idiot Trump wasn't going to do anything to stop it A plan of action along with force staging should have been worked out and in place by the DC major and governors of Virginia and Maryland.
