India's Modi is 100 times more narcissist than Trump ever was or could be. This country is ruled really by sycophants. They are busy every hour glorifying their leader and get fat appointments to boards, commissions, agencies and everything else.
He is terribly unpopular with general public but manages to win majority in every general election. people have been suspecting EVM (electronic voting machines) fraud. But the media is heavily controlled by the government. Favorite outlets get tons of money from government advertising with is all filled with pro-government funding.

Republicans and Democrats agree there should be no poverty. The difference is, Democrats don't want to eliminate the poor by murdering them.

Republicans argue that we do not want to create an entitlements regime with food stamps, free healthcare, free allowances, free of everything and continuous unemployment money that all taxpayers end up paying for. I want the Congress to get the best of both sides and start being productive. No one side has all good answers on any issue. My way or highway has been the problem in functioning of the Congress.

This is a sarcastic meme. What it is saying is.. "I will remove poverty by killing poor one way or another."
A leader could make this statement in a country of just 20 million people. It is not about India's overpopulation.
