When you follow "whatever" advice you get from random replies on the Internet, the doctors who attend you in the ER & subsequent hospitalization will give you proper advice to attempt to undo the damage you have done to yourself.
Or, you could go to, and ask, a real doctor, just sayin'.......

You need to talk to your doctor and a nutritionist. Asking strangers on the internet is a good way to get really bad advice.

A will of iron and a diet restricted course advised and monitored by your MD . It rids you of the fat around the pancreas and changes your own insulin regime. Do not do it by yourself or any other diet. There are dangers.
