Well, look who decided to sample the Brunch Menu at my home this morning and liked the cuisine so much they stayed until the session was over.
2 Native Galahs, either they are a pair of siblings from this seasons hatchings or a mating pair.
Like their cousins, the Cockatoos, Galahs usually only gather in groups to feed, drink or roost at night UNLESS it is mating and breeding season, they pair off and stay together the whole season through.
The way one was, using an Aussie adage/saying, "keeping Cocky" ( watching as the other ate) makes me think they may be a pair from last years breeding season that have gotten together for this season.
Either way, it is very unusual for them to come in so close to a human habitation UNLESS they somehow feel relaxed and safe enough to do so.
