Messenger isn't working for me, so have to leave this here. Have a happy birthday Shelton.

Thank you Spike!

Think about what has been on your mind lately, it might help.

I'm fairly certain there's nothing mystical or divine about dreams, they are merely a collection of your thoughts from day to day living and interacting with others. That said, over the years I've had some dreams that turned out to be true/real later on. For example, a few years back had a dream about a member on this site, she was in some sort of distress, and the specifics of what I had dreamed about I found out some weeks later was realistic. Kinda eerie, don't readily have an explanation for that sort of thing, and she was freaked out too when I told her about said dream.

Dreaming is one way your brain works on problems; it's running simulations... Interpreting the dreams may reveal what is frustrating your subconscious. Also, struggling to remember your dreams can build your ability to recall memory.

I think dreams are scraps of your life all mixed up. It's your brains way of sorting your actions, thoughts, throughout your life, similar to a computer trying to organize data.

Dreaming is Defragging. I like it.
