Seems like where ever life grows , some kind of critical event can take place to remove life in massive quantities . Australia has had plagues of rats and crickets , the far east has had tsunamis , the west has had volcanoes , Europe had the plague several times over , our mid west , has had tornadoes , the far north freezes , Africa has several multi year droughts .
