Just a praying mantis we found on our we to feed the ducks. First brown one I've seen in ages, usually only find the green ones. On a side note, I am going to start referring to them as a preying mantis.

No pic but there is a busy beaver doing a lot of work at night in the river by the hot spring I frequent. Last evening I got to see it surface about 3 times. It is about 2 feet nose to rump
