My nephew, who is doing his last college semester in Japan, sent a photo of himself to my sister where he has a cat in his lap with the caption... "I can't leave Japan, I don't want to disturb the cat".

Yes, he has always been fascinated with Japanese culture,. He was a jusic major, but realized he wanted to make money so he double majored adding Asian studies. He already had several semesters of Japanese before he went to USC, and then he arranged to take his final semester in Japan.
He is in a small village with a great view of Mt Fuji, and staying with a family that has a cat.

@thinktwice When I was 16, I visited Nara, Kyoto and Tokyo. The firs tiem I flew in a plane was a 16 hour from Los Angeles to Tokyo. On that Trip I also visited Hong Kong, Theiland and the Philippines.
