Both a little general but then as we decide who is or isn't are we spitting hairs. Corruption is a human trait. How do we address corruption other than law, government oversight & enforcement? Religion is one method of addressing human corruption tho it too is corrupt. How do we in corrupt ourselves or control it in others?
