I am a fanatical trainer, daily, interval training, gymnastics, heavy weights, pull ups by the hundreds.
Anyone else enjoy shredding the body. I find it complements my otherwise intellectual life.
i pedal daily and spend time daily doing stuff like gardening and pullups. it feels good to me to be in great shape. i am a good cook and love eating well. i'm vegetarian, but because the the impact Omega 3 has to avoid dementia i regularly eat salmon. i'm a regular tennis player and this summer began playing pickleball.....i love it. i intent to over the winter get good at pickelball and tango dancing. what do you wish to accomplish by spring?
I also exercise daily... No weights though... I run for an hour, calisthenics for an hour, and swimming on off through the day...
I strongly recommend some weights. Osteoporosis for example is a problem for many women and weight training is crucial in preventing.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
