Do you know how the ballots will be counted? I thought I heard that they could start opening ballots the week before but couldn't count them until the day of....
@Donna_I I don't know about when they can be opened, but they can't begin counting them until election day.
Outstanding plan, I shall travel to Nevada and hand carry my ballot to my Story County Auditor. I will use the SECRECY ENVELOPE but insist loudly my vote for Howie Hawkins is tabulated WWW.HOWIEHAWKINS.US peace through Green jobs
@Donna_I last time I watched electronic returns in Iowa was 2000 and absentee ballots in Linn County did not total 1% but a raw number appeared on the screen so each Auditor in 99 counties decides when the Election Commissioner transmits data by phone to Des Moines the minute polls close
