The fact you are even referencing Fox News as your accepted source says it all. Fox never addresses anything without coloring their tone so as to bluntly disparage prominent Democrats. Not even slightly surprising.

Also not surprising is the fact that an issue as complex and unfamiliar to many as the issue of non-conventional gender identity is such an irresistible target for Conservatives to to use to attack their political opponents with. It is easy to take one's words out of context, ignore the complexity of there being layers to political issues, and with that convince the already confused that something nefarious is going on. Pizzagate, anyone? LOL

What I marvel at is the question of how anyone ostensibly concerned with LGBT+ issues can even navigate their personal values landscape with GOP-centric Faux news sources of misinformation as their North Star.

Its all about power and money. They all do the little dance for their richest constituents whether they are Dem or Rep. A 2 party system designed to give you the illusion of choice but nothing reallt changes fundamentally. I never liked Hillary. She is too cozy with the super rich and she has no real concern for the ordinary people. The late George Carlin said it best,

I've never liked her. She reminds me of what is wrong with the Democratic Party.
